Paul, the JERK

So if any of you follow For Better or for Worse like me, you'd have seen that Elizabeth's boyfriend was cheating on her. All this time! What a jerk!

Yes, I get emotional about comic strips!

Ouch...that was my last week...

Omg, I'm so out of touch with that comic. The last guy I remember Elizabeth dating was Anthony and then that guy who flew helicopters (I don't remember his name).

what happened to the good old days when cartoons used to be funny?

and the blinking girl in the first strip scared me for a second.

You and me both! I also get emotional about For Better or For Worse. Stupid Paul! (What's funny is that my name is Elizabeth and my husband's name is Paul. But he's never cheated on me!)

I'm rooting for her to get together with Anthony. I was noticing, though, on her trip up to see Paul how many admirers she had! Looks like she can take her pick. But I'm rooting for good old Anthony. He's proved to be a family man and I think he'd be a faithful and loving husband.

I know!!! I was so upset when I read the comics this morning! I especially liked her from all the characters because she's a teacher too!!

Err.. I don't know what this is about.

But I was wondering about that SMS message, if you sent it out and got any responses?

It's when you start posting about comic strip characters' love lives that you know you need to get one to call your own ;)

Just happened, well that sucks :(

Sara, man that was ages ago. Get with the program.

Umar, those good old days are long gone. Sorry. And I didn't notice the blinking girl til you mentioned it. That's quite scary.

Elizabeth, I don't know about wanted her to end up with Anthony. There's something terribly needy about him :S

Yaser, I agree.

Liya, haha sympathize because she's a teacher. So if she wasn't a teacher you wouldn't care? hehe, kidding ;)

Stranger, I haven't tried it yet, no.

Anon, well then let me know if you have someone in mind :S

actually ...

So anon, you DO have someone in mind. I don't know whether I should be happy or scared. Well, "Hook it up!"

Anonymous said...

Well there's no reason to be scared, so I suppose that only leaves the 'happy' option. You give the word and maybe we can get the ball rolling, and see how far it rolls. Maybe all the way?

Anonymous, I'm quite far off from knowing who you are. Though by the nature of your commente, I'm assuming I do know you.

That having been said, if you are serious, you may go ahead and get in contact with me. If you aren't, then please stop posting weird requests on my blog :)

But wait, I thought you wanted to do it Khadija style. Or do I have to bring a guitar and a band to your porch steps when your Dad's asleep?

I have no idea who you are. If I did, I'd do it Mike Tyson style, not Khadijah style :) You're starting to irritate me now.
