Rolling up the Rim

So it's that time of the year again with Tim Horton's Roll up the Rim to win cup craze. You all know what I'm talking about, unless you're from the deep south, in which case I feel sorry for you (for several reasons).

But anyways, I have a problem. Possibly psychological. I can't wait to finish my drink before rolling up the rim. I have to do it way before I finish my drink, maybe even before I start. You see, I can't very well enjoy my cup of (insert drink name here) unless I know whether I've won or lost. Losing after drinking it leaves me with an empty feeling, but knowing that I've lost beforehand gives me an opportunity to recover from my grief whilst drinking.

I have bought 3 liquid beverages so far this season, and have yet to win anything. I will report on any future successes. I don't even want the car or TV or big prizes. I just want a free tea :D

okay bye.

I haven't had much luck rolling up the rim yet. Apparently, somebody made a fortune by inventing a tool to make it easier to roll up the rim.

I'm in US right now, and man, I miss Tim Hortons.

Faraz, yeah man: 4 cups so far, no luck :( oh well.

Anon, NO WAY! but damn I threw away all my cups already. Is Country Style even allowed to do that? doesn't that infringe on some copyright something or other of Tim Horton's? hehe

I've had 4 cups so far, and 2 wins. both another coffee. those are awesome odds.

Although I'm disappointed at how people have responded to my excitement.

I need to blog about this.

Commonplacer, ameen! 5 cups so far. No wins.

Adnan, you should be excited. Hmm I wonder if there are better odds of winning if you buy XL cups.

the official odds of winning a prize are 1 in 9.
I've had 2 cups so far. 1 medium and 1 large. the latter came with a free coffee

did you guys know that you don't have to make any purchases to participate in the roll up the rim process?

I think if you write a letter to Tim Hortons head quarters, they will send you a cup you can roll with.

I'm pretty much tell everyone this:

If you win the boat, I want a ride on it before you sell it.
