While I'm contemplating my next post about the end of being a student, and subsequent feelings of inadequacy, you may visit this blog. It's made up of a group of Muslim women, including myself, trying to find meaning in creative writing. Enjoy.
since we're talking about feet and all, i thought you should know that when i got home from my travels through north Toronto and then Sauga today, i took off my ballet flats and discovered that except where my flats covered my feet, the skin on my feet was darkened. and not in a healthy, tanned kind of way. more of an ew, sooty kind of way. so there's this ring of natural brownness and then a large, oblong area of greyness.

There's good stuff here. I haven't felt the need to comment much, but it's definitely on my regular reading list.

Faraz, good to hear :) Thanks.
Fathima, we need to have a chat about these feet of yours. Mine are usually okay, but I don't rhyme ;)
Meanwhile, back at the ranch...
I'm hoping that is an AD quote!
