If you thought I was joking in my last post...

I wasn't. Before: After: Aaaand, just in case you need a better look at my super-amazing awesome wrapping talents: Man, who invented round things anyways? They're so hard to wrap...these things took me an hour to do. Okay, so now I'm thinking - do I actually want to give these away, or should I just keep them myself? Let me know if you want one and how much you're willing to pay. (chocolate is also considered a form of payment) (The funny thing is that the last time I bought bouncy balls, they were a bad batch. They were hard and they didn't bounce that high. So now I buy bouncy balls like fruit. I have to feel them to make sure they're ripe enough.)

Who invented round things? Why are they so hard to wrap?

Allah Subhana wa ta'Ala created the earth, round, and wrapped in a sky raised without pillars. He has made the night a cover for us, and the day as a means of subsistence. There is no blue canvas between the Earth and the black reaches space, but Allah has beautified the sky with blue in the day, and decorated the night sky with millions of stars. From time to time, Allah brings forth the clouds to irrigate our fields, cleanse our lands, and provide our subsistence.

A seed planted in the ground has no taste, a bland colour, and no smell. Placed in the earth - also, without colour, taste, or smell - Allah raises trees with thick, strong roots, green leaves, pink flowers, and orange, red, and yellow fruits of different shapes and sizes, and of wonderful taste and smell.

Allah has wrapped the orange in a hard, firm skin to protect the soft, juicy insides. Allah has wrapped the apple in a thin, tasty skin that wraps tightly around the firm meat of the apple. Is there anyone else who can wrap a sphere as Allah has done? Little do we reflect!

And when a human wraps something, there is no indication of the quality of the contents. The wrapping that Allah has created for fruits indicate the quality of the contents inside - one can tell how fresh an apple is simply by the colour and texture of the wrapping.

SubhanAllah! SubhanAllahi wa bihamdihi! SubhanAllahi'adheem!

Okay, anonymous, You dont have to write an essay! That comment is true though, but you have to know not to answer Asmaa's childish and meaningless questions, and not to waste precious time that we do not have enough of on her. Asmaa, I think you're the only 20 year old who likes playing with bouncy balls and is disappointed when they don't bounce properly. Even I dont care that much about bouncy balls, and I'm thirteen! (turning fourteen soon) What a dumb question, Asmaa. Who invented round things. Tsk, tsk. You surely should know better. Asmaa can you ask your friend anonymous who he/she is? I want to know.

LOL.
Your beloved sister,
see name above*

Assalaamu Alaikum :)

Those look really pretty. You don't even need to give them away (though I would like one the next time I see you hehe), they can be used for decoration!

I'm a bouncy ball connosieur. I've had a collection since I was a kid. The best one I ever had was this yellow one with a smiley face on it. Then one day it just bounced away from life, never to be seen again.

How's the bidding war going for the gift-wrapped bouncy balls? I haven't much cash right now, but I can do stuff like factor equations, if you have any equations lying around in dire need of factoring and/or simplification, holla.

Olde, you know there's one waiting here for you when you come back, InshaAllah :)

MTR, they are meaningless if you don't get the joke ;)

Anon, I'm sorry, that was a rhetorical question and I pretty much said it out of stupidity (see Nusaybah's comment). But thanks so much for the reminder :)

Nusaybah, you're too kind.

Mars,
1. I had that past job for a month okay.
2. Go do it yourself you lazy bum!
3. Oh, I already did that Ms. I-have-to-go-to-the-coiffure-so-you-do-everything.

Squeeky, thanks :D But I have to give them away, that's the whold joy of it!

Nauman, go eat some m&ms or something.

AP, this is the first I have ever heard of this collection. It's really a fascinating thing! Man, those bouncy balls that bounce away...utter heartbreak :(
And next time I need someone to factor equations, I'll let you know. Actually, I'll probably just ask my dad. Sucker.

American, indeed :)

Khad, hehe Nusaybah was offended that you thought I was funnier than her. Also, I sent one for you with Nusa...one with a red bow :)

Since I believe google has the answer to everything, this is the first thing that comes up when you google bouncy balls. Plus I wasn't sure if bouncy balls were called bouncy balls:

the particular ad for which these balls were used:
